Do you ship overseas?
We are happy to ship overseas, if you are a buyer from overseas please contact us via email with your requirement and delivery address.
How do I track my package?
An email will be sent to you as soon as your package has been shipped that will provide you with a tracking number and the Australia Post website link where you can track it. All items will be sent by registered mail, meaning it will need a signature upon delivery. If you suspect you will not be home, please let us know by writing "authority to leave without a signature" in the comment box at check out along with the details of where to leave the package in a secure place out of the weather.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship your order as soon as payments are received through PayPal and we inform you of product dispatch. We use Australia post service for all our shipments. Australia post is reliable and fast service. Most of our orders are received between 5 to 7 days. Some regional areas, Tasmania and WA orders can take up to 10days.
If your ordered item is out of stock and we are not able to ship you within above mentioned timeframe, we will be in contact with you to discuss the matter.
I require my order urgently?
We can provide you express delivery using Australia Post. There will be additional cost to use this service. Please email us to find out on extra cost.
Why there are items with Add to Cart button but no Price and the button is disabled?
At times our orders are placed with manufacturers but are not ready or are in shipment process therefore we do not allow our customer to purchase those items. If you are interested in any of our items that are not in stock, please email us and we will inform you of expected arrival date.
I forgot my password or I don’t remember if I have account with Go Green World?
Don’t worry, please use our forgot my password option and input your email id, If you are registered with us then an email to reset your password will be sent to your inbox. If you are not registered with us then you will receive an error advising you to register.
When forgot password service is used, you will receive email notification with a reset link. Once clicked on the link it will take you back to our homepage. You will receive new password in your email after confirmation. Use new generated password to log in and change with the one that you can remember.
I've received my new password, but I still can't log in. What should I do?
You can re-retrieve your password after every 6hours, Please try again to retrieve your password and if unsuccessful, please email us with your query and we will help you to resolve the issue.
